Now, he is the one who has become the veteran, and on this occasion, he is in exquisite company with the captivating, wonderful double bassist and singer Rosa Salamon, who is currently establishing herself on the domestic music scene after a number of years abroad. Pianist Zier Rommel Larsen’s playing\u2014energetic yet sensitive, with Oscar Peterson as a clear inspiration\u2014is truly an experience out of the ordinary. He is the recipient of the 2023 Ben Webster Prize, which Fischer received back in 1996. The quartet is completed by drummer Andreas Svendsen, the most brilliant drum talent seen in many years, who has gradually become one of the most sought-after drummers in Denmark.
