Experience the young and rapidly rising singer Lea Foxman as she teams up with some of the finest musicians in the country on this special evening. Pelle von Bülow is one of the most in-demand jazz guitarists on the Copenhagen scene. In 2022, he was awarded the Erik Moseholm Prize, and in 2020, he also received the Tivoli Jazz Prize for his outstanding artistic integrity and sonic presence. Mathias Petri is a formidable anchor on the bass and has become one of the most sought-after bassists in Denmark after returning home from a couple of years in the jazz mecca, New York.

Lea Foxman is one of the most brilliant rising stars in Danish jazz. With a solid foundation from seven years of classical training, she has rapidly established herself as a vocalist with exceptional control of the voice and harmonic depth. She is particularly known for her close collaborations with artists such as Mathias Heise Quadrillion and Pelle von Bülow. Her style effortlessly balances the intimate and the powerful, mastering both classical jazz traditions and more modern, experimental expressions.
Bass
Matthias Petri is a talented Danish jazz pianist and composer who has made a mark on the Nordic jazz scene with his lyrical depth and technical precision. His music is often rooted in the Scandinavian piano tradition, but he adds a modern, improvisational twist. As a sought-after musician, he has worked in various constellations. Petri creates an atmospheric, melancholic, and intense soundscape, demonstrating a pianist with a rare sensitive touch and a clear artistic vision.

Pelle von Bülow is one of the most sought-after jazz guitarists on the Copenhagen scene. In 2022, he was awarded the Erik Moseholm Prize, and in 2020, he also received the Tivoli Jazz Prize for his extraordinary artistic integrity and sonic presence. As an accompanist, he is world-class and one of the few who can move effortlessly between jazz, Latin, blues, funk, R&B, and pop. In addition to his work in the jazz community, he is also a permanent member of Erran DD’s band, Drori Hansen’s Furniture. His ability to create a unique sound and tone, along with his deep musical understanding, makes him a leading figure in Danish jazz.
